Now with your fid, pull all the slack out of the knot... The best way to do this is to work the knot in the opposite direction with your fid. Work the knot until
it is even and looks like plate #16.

Now you can remove the knot from the dowel
and slide it over the tassels on the fey fob.
Now continue to tighten the knot around the tassels. Then tuck the ends out of sight. Trim off the ends.
