Decorative Braiding Techniques

I’ve always appreciated the look of a braided purse or a braided pair of cowboy boot shafts. It has a richness that’s without equal. I love the way the braid is three-dimensional, and I love the design possibilities.
The method this writing will be teaching is a decorative appliqué with an under two-over two sequence.
This braiding project includes three different braiding patterns, a gaucho, a herringbone, and a pineapple braid, plus Bighousedaddy’s large biker purse pattern, and Bighousedaddy‘s billfold patternt.
You will learn to draw three different templates applicable to any designing project.
Best regards, and
Keep Your Stitches Tight
